Who Are We?
Formed in 1995, we are are group of +35s who get together on a regular basis to indulge in some of our favourite activities - drinking, eating and playing sport.
We embrace the ideals of Golden Oldies - FUN, FRIENDSHIP and FRATERNIY.
Our biggest highlight was 25 of us being able to participate in the World Golden Oldies Festival in Adelaide in 1999. Adelaide did a great job and us Magpies loved our week and went away with many memories and somethings we still can't remember.
2006 saw us attend our second world festival and what better destination than a week in balmy Wellington. Great to enjoy the company of so many people out to have a good time.
